Hi, I'm Mahipal.

Seven years on Salesforce: building Sales Cloud orgs at Cyntexa, debugging the platform from inside Salesforce, then enterprise Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and FSC builds at PwC. Along the way I picked up what the platform can't do on its own: React front ends, Node / Express services and AWS.

Today I design both sides and the way they talk, and I still write the code.

ProblemTeams needed the workflows, approvals and alerts they used in ServiceNow, on a platform the company owns and controls.

BuildArchitected a custom web app to replace it and led the build of its core engines: a configurable rules engine, a UI validation engine and a notification engine every module plugs into. TypeScript front end, Node / Express APIs and PostgreSQL, running on AWS.
